Block Breaking Active Carbon

1. Product Introduction

   Block breaking active carbon with anthracite as raw material, by the  

coal blending - - crushing-- block - carbonization and activation - refining process and finished product. It can adjust the pore structure of activated carbon, and has strong adsorption capacity, high adsorption capacity, sewage capability, easy regeneration, low consumption characteristics. The product is very suitable for water treatment and advanced treatment of adsorption. The index of block breaking active carbon is higher than other types of activated carbon, the iodine adsorption value can reach more than 1100mg/g, the decolorization can reach more than 210mg/g.

2. Application

a. Block breaking active carbon is mainly used for household water purification, water purification, water treatment and advanced treatment.

b. Block breaking active carbon is used for air purification, and effective absorption of indoor air containing formaldehyde / xylene and other harmful substances.

c. Block breaking active carbon is also used for absorption furniture smell, such as put into new cabinets / drawers / refrigerators, etc., it can also be placed inside the shoes to remove the stench.

d. Block breaking active carbon is also applied to the car to remove taste, to remove the harmful substances and unpleasant smell.

3. Process  

  Coal-based granular activated carbon with high quality anthracite as raw material, it produced by high temperature steam, and by carbonization, activation, crushing and sieving process.

4. Transportation and Packing

    Woven bag, lined with plastic film bags, each 25kg can also be packaged according to customer demand. The product should be placed in a cool and dry place during storage; When transportation, it prevents to mixed with hard materials, to prevent carbon particles broken that affecting the quality of packaging, to prevent breakage. To avoid leakage or mixed with debris; to avoid water, oil and fire.
